After yesterday’s delectable lunch at Rambutan, I had to share with you one of their famous cocktails: the flaming ginger and lemon pina colada i scream.
Aside from the name, the cocktail is simply divine – and something I’ve never seen before in all my cocktail experiences!
Incase you want to make your own pina colada at home, my favourite recipe is as follows:
Ingredients:
3 oz light rum
3 tbsp coconut cream
3 tbsp crushed pineapples
Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time. Strain into a glass and serve with a straw. Divine!
