When you’re looking for that brilliant snack that is perfect for a dinner party, entertaining guests, bringing in to the office or tantalising your boyfriend, you can’t go past this little gem. And the best part is that it’s cheap, easy to make and mightily delicious.
Chocolates dipped in strawberries
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
250g of your favourite chocolate, melted (good quality Belgium is best)
1 punnet of strawberries – make sure stems are quite firm.
Method
Melt chocolate in microwave or in double boiler.
Dip strawberries in chocolate and leave to set.
Decorate how you please!
(You can also mix it up by using white chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate or a mixture of two on the one strawberry.)
